Female Vocal Group Bodulke

 

Klapa Bodulke is a female a capella group from the town of Hvar, founded in 2004 as a result of gatherings of young girls brought up in the Christian spirit, who expressed their joyful praise of God with music.

Their main goal is the promotion of cultural values and musical culture, as well as the enrichment of the tourism offer through various cultural events.

Apart from regular participation in cultural events in Hvar and their performance at the Dalmatian Klapa Festival in Omiš at the evening of debut performers, Klapa Bodulke often performs at various festivals.

As their modest contribution to future generations, they released the first album named Golubice bila in 2010.

Klapa Bodulke has seven members brought together by the common love of Dalmatian songs.

Their repertoire consists of both traditional and newly composed Dalmatian songs.

The artistic director of Klapa Bodulke is Professor Tomi Domančić.
